| Work Experience |
Prior to his involvement in
residential real estate sales, Dan was a project
co-ordinator for a well respected real estate
development company where he gained extensive
knowledge of residential development,
construction, and marketing. Dan supervised the
sale of over forty million dollars worth of real
estate transactions. Dan was also a real estate
investment consultant and advised his clients in
the purchase of investment property. |

Dan received his Masters in
Real Estate and Construction Management from the
University of Denver, in Denver, Colorado. He
earned a BS in Business Administration and a BA
in Public Relations, from the University of the
Pacific in Stockton. He is a California licensed
real estate broker and a licensed general
contractor. Dan believes in continuing education
and regularly attends seminars and classes in
order to remain on the cutting edge of the real
estate industry. |
